In order to transform Greencastle into “The Next Great College Town,” and to meet an aggressive three-year implementation plan, the City and its Stellar Communities partners will be tackling a number of significant projects right away. These projects will initiate the makeover of our small town and begin the much-needed linkage of key assets within our community.
