Does the city provide curbside spring leaf and branch
pick-up? Curbside pick-up of branches and leaves is only provided at times
designated by the Commissioner of Public Works. There is no pick-up planned at
this time. The Putnam County/Greencastle yard waste site did open for business
at 2363 S. C.R. 250 West on April 6th. The site is open on Mondays
from 2-6 p.m, Wednesdays from 12-6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 4
p.m.
